It has been a few days since I placed my order and have only received an order confirmation.

Our dispatch processing time is 3-10 working days (not incl. weekends and public holidays) from the point of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification email within this period of time.

Can I upgrade my shipping to next day delivery?

Next day delivery is currently not a service we offer. 

I have placed an order and would like to add/remove an item.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make adjustments once submitted. A new item can only be added by placing a new order and removing an item or cancelling an order would require you contacting info@chillandbill.com, quoting your order reference number.
